Return Policy

We want you to love your Scarlet Denim jeans! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Email us at support@scarletdenim.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Need a different size or design? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the new item is the same price, there's no additional charge.

If your jeans arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
